My own thinking at the gym about an effortless way of keeping track of workout progress as well as planning ahead back in 2006, led me onto the long winding road of launching and running a startup; Myonix AB. From the beginning this was solved with electronics fitted on gym equipment, but later on the result was an app centered system both for individuals and PTs.
