Manta concept

Personal concept of multi-purpose sustainable airship transportation. Main purpose of the project was just having fun, and learning more about modelling in Blender. The project lead into a cooperation with Swedish airship VIP operator OceanSky Cruises. The Manta is what's called a hybrid airship, being slightly sinking in the air normally, but gaining lift force when in forward motion because of it's large wing profile. Helium gas volume is calculated to give the airship a lift capacity of roughly 4 tonnes.
